The Brief

Produce an all-employee gathering to serve as the cornerstone celebration for the One Children’s Minnesota campaign. The event’s goal was to revitalize employee connection with the company’s purpose. Objectives included: fostering community ties and honoring staff while providing a space for employees to connect outside of work.

Secure a unique venue in a central location large enough to activate multiple engagements. Expertly craft activation solutions to encourage engagement and spark joy. Design a strategy that highlights the impact of the members of the community. Partner with a diverse roster of vendors. Build a theme that appeals to the extensive employee body and the greater community.

The Experience

Set against the vibrant backdrop of CHS Field, attendees enjoyed a day filled with captivating games and activities. The event radiated with an infectious energy, coming alive with booming entertainment, lively dance performances, and employee recognition on the grand screen. All of which fostered an atmosphere of celebration and joy. A range of activities ensured everyone discovered moments of delight. Even the CEO and top executives joined in, dedicating themselves to event operations: welcoming guests at the registration table, and participating as volunteer staff. Backed by an inclusion-focused budget, attendees could choose from a multitude of activities including relaxing massages, an interactive mural, photo opportunities, roaming entertainment, field games, caricature drawing, balloon art, and more! The expansive outdoor space and favorable weather significantly contributed to the attendee experience. The client regarded the partnership with BeEvents as seamless, an extension of their team
