Start by, considering every moment of the virtual broadcast. Develop an engaging run of show, embed virtual activations, provide host direction, and place messages. Add audience feedback loops to keep attendees active and participating. Design and produce pre-event communications to prepare attendees for the experience and build excitement. Introduce the audience to digital swag – including door hangers, badges, and a shopping list. Provide a how-to video for the virtual platform. Imagine, design and build a safe and beautiful stage with 3 looks, creating variety for live content delivery. Create interactive engagement through moderated chats, digital content drops, peer recognition and pop-up scavenger hunts. Reinforce Be The Match’s wellness mission by producing on-demand yoga and meditation sessions. Surprise early yoga class registrants with a home delivered yoga kit. Lastly, throw an energetic after party with live music, a bartender cocktail tutorial, and a trivia challenge for participants who don’t want the fun to end.
Success! Outstanding engagement from start to finish. 1,302 guests viewed pre-event videos, 689 guests participated in games, and 414 peers sent virtual congratulations.
